In your opinion why they do that?
Is it because cerdit cards come easy, over commitment or insufficient disposable cash so they need to find cash?

So why not use these cards for one last time? I might sound a fraud but am not, just a normal human being who has paid more than enough to those banks for using their credit cards. So if there is any chance to make them work, well and good, else forget it and pass it through the shredders.
