It really depends on what you mean by “best deal” Only you can decide what you want out of a card. For example, if you plan on carrying a balance, you would want a low (preferably fixed) APR. If you know you’re going to pay off the card every month, APR probably wouldn’t matter as much as having no annual-fee.
